南側の道に対して、横長な感じで敷地があり、奥側（北側）から本体→広場（動線としての）→スタジオ（たぶん）棟がポンポンポンと。メインのアプローチは道から垂直に入るのではなく、東西の両端からスラァ〜っと入っていく感じ。スタジオ棟が道に対しての境界かつシンボルになっていて、各棟の間にはたまりの場（芝）が配置され、学生達がワイワイしてるのを介し、内側の広場の様子まで感じられる。もの凄くオープンなイメージを与えられるけど、学校っていうのを括る素晴らしい境界になってる。丘の中腹にある感じなので、建物内・たまりの場・広場からの眺めもすばらし〜。すげーレイアウトじゃ。
ちなみに、広場はレベルが上がっていて、GLレベルで本体、カフェ、スタジオ棟が繋がっている。
そんで、一番ワクワクさせられたのは、西側のアプローチ部分&たまりの場。半端なく気持ちいいわけです。パスが中心の広場に繋がり、その横にさっき言ったたまりの場とは全く違った雰囲気の場がある。こちらのアプローチ部分は植栽がワッサリとあって、木陰でのどかな感じ。そのパスの下部にはカフェが入っていて、コーヒー買ってその外で一休み。といった雰囲気。前面道路を背にするように石のベンチが配置され、建物によってさらにくぼみが出来てる。静的なたまりの場。やっぱ、学校にはたまりの場ってのは必要不可欠ですわな。そして、そのときの気分、行動によって選択可能ないくつかの場が。むしろ学校だけではないけど。。。
全体的に均等な雰囲気ではなく、メリハリのあるいくつかのエリアを作っているのはとても良かった。また、シザ様が人の生活をもの凄く鮮明に、具体的に思い浮かべているのだろうとも思った。素晴らしい。あと、風土によってのデザイン要素。。。
でも、やっぱし内部は微妙。なんなんだろう、このどんより具合は、、、。今まで訪れたシザものはことごとく内部が微妙。ん〜。ここまでされると、やっぱり意図してるのか、、、。それとも、あまりにも強烈な天気なために、ギャップにやられてるだけなのか、、、。ん〜ん〜。
学校内の本屋で面白い雑誌見つけた。PASAJES construccion。B4サイズほどで30ページからなる建築雑誌。もちろんポルトガル語とスペイン語（たぶん）で書かれてるため記事は読めないけど、毎回いくつかの建築を取り上げて、全体プランから施工写真、ディテールまでが載ってる。また最後には毎回お題が違う情報、例えば「植栽」だったら、植物の性格から、施工のディテールまで。また、「ストリートファーニチャー」だったら、簡単な図面と配置など、、、がサクサクと載ってて見やすい。サラァ〜っと見れちゃう。紙の素材もSTUDIO VOICEじゃないけど、ペラペラぎみの素材で、一冊2.99ユーロ。素晴らしいー！！
新建築とかDETAILも良いけど、このPASAJESみたく、安くて、重くない感じのもあると、色々な方向に目を向けれるようになってスゲー良いんじゃないかと思うた。特に学生に。
